1 About EMITTER

EMITTER is an online directory designed to help users discover EV charging stations across India and allows eligible users to submit and manage charging station listings.

EMITTER acts as an information platform and does not own, operate, maintain, or manage the charging stations listed on the website unless expressly stated.

2 Eligibility

To use EMITTER, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3 User Accounts

Certain features require registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Update your account information when necessary.
• Be responsible for activities carried out using your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4 Searching for Charging Stations

Visitors may search the directory using filters such as:

• Station Name
• State
• City
• PIN Code
• Charger Type
• Connector Type
• Charging Capacity
• Amenities
• Other available filters

Search results are generated based on the information available in our directory and user-selected filters. EMITTER does not guarantee that all search results are complete, current, operational, or suitable for every electric vehicle. Users should verify important information with the charging station operator before visiting.

5 Charging Station Listings

Registered users may submit charging station listings. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You have the right or authority to submit the information.
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have permission to upload photographs and other content.
• Your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Listings should include accurate business and operational information wherever applicable.

6 Listing Review

EMITTER may review submitted listings before publication. We may:

• Approve listings.
• Request additional information.
• Edit formatting or spelling.
• Remove duplicate content.
• Reject listings that violate these Terms or our policies.

Approval of a listing does not constitute verification, endorsement, certification, or recommendation of the charging station or its operator.

7 User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another individual or business.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the website without prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Users remain solely responsible for all information and content they submit.

8 Free and Paid Plans

EMITTER may offer free and paid plans for charging station listings. Features available under each plan are described at the time of purchase and may vary over time. Paid plans may include:

• Enhanced visibility within EMITTER
• Additional photos
• Business profile enhancements
• Analytics
• Priority support
• Other premium features

The availability of features may change as the platform evolves.

9 Payments

Payments for paid plans are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. The merchant name shown on your payment receipt or bank statement may appear as "M and S Enterprise" for payment processing and GST invoice purposes. EMITTER does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or internet banking credentials.

10 GST

Business users may optionally provide a GST Identification Number (GSTIN) when purchasing paid plans. Where applicable, GST invoices may be issued in accordance with Indian tax laws.

11 Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, or subscription-related matters are governed by the EMITTER Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users are encouraged to review that policy before purchasing any paid plan.

12 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By uploading content to EMITTER, you grant EMITTER a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and modify the content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

13 Public Listings

Information submitted for charging station listings may become publicly accessible. Public listings may be indexed by search engines and other publicly available search technologies. EMITTER cannot control how third parties use publicly available information after it has been indexed or cached.

14 Accuracy of Information

EMITTER strives to provide a useful directory but relies on information submitted by users, businesses, and other contributors. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or continuously available. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

15 No Verification

Unless expressly stated, EMITTER does not physically inspect, independently verify, certify, endorse, or guarantee:

• Charging station ownership
• Business identity
• Availability
• Operational status
• Pricing
• Compatibility
• Safety
• Quality of service
• Waiting times
• Charging performance

16 Third-Party Services

EMITTER may integrate with or link to third-party services including:

• Google Maps
• Navigation applications
• Payment gateway providers
• Analytics services
• Social media platforms

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. EMITTER is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

17 Intellectual Property

The EMITTER name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit EMITTER content without prior written permission.

18 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMITTER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the platform.
• Inability to access the platform.
• Errors or omissions in listings.
• Decisions made based on directory information.
• Transactions between users and charging station operators.
• Third-party services.
• Temporary interruptions, delays, or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EMITTER, its owners, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your submitted content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

20 Suspension or Termination

EMITTER may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Submits misleading or prohibited content.

Where reasonably practicable, we may notify users before permanent termination.
